When the charge posted to my bank it was higher than. The email confirmation. I called and spoke to the manager. She was quite short and said they can't do anything regarding money. I would need to call corporate. Fine. I call corporate. On hold over 30 minutes. Explain the situation. They say that store is a franchise so she would have to put a ticket to the owner of the franchise and they would contact me. Still waiting. No idea how you can send a confirmation for one amount and then pull a higher amount out of my account.
