  Absolutely fantastic ramen. I've tried just about all the ramen on the menu and a few side dishes and everything is delicious. I have never been disappointed by any meal I have here. Outside of California, this is the best ramen place I have been to. My favorite part about Kitakata ramen is that they have seasonal ramen that are only available for 3 months. They have lunch specials that run Monday through Friday where you can get an appetizer with a regular ramen for a discounted price. They also have an app where you can rack up rewards for free food. This restaurant can accommodate quite large parties by moving and going tables together. There is also ample, free parking.

  We placed our order online, it was just coming out when we got there. The food was hot, delicious, & quite filling. This is an eatery we would recommend giving them a try.

  I found myself standing in a nearly empty restaurant—hosting the monumental rush of two occupied tables—waiting for a simple delivery order. Despite this apparently manageable workload, the kitchen staff elected to devote their time to scrubbing floors and cleaning walls rather than preparing the order I was clearly standing there waiting for. One might assume that during dinner service, fulfilling active orders would rank somewhere above janitorial duties, but that expectation appears wildly optimistic for this establishment. After more than ten minutes of waiting, I was finally informed—almost casually—that the order had simply been forgotten altogether. Not delayed, not being prepared—forgotten. During dinner service. It’s genuinely impressive how a restaurant can operate with such a profound lack of awareness, organization, or basic competence. The entire experience radiated the sort of dysfunction one usually associates with places that have long since abandoned any pretense of professionalism. Standards appear nonexistent, management seemingly absent, and the overall operation feels less like a functioning restaurant and more like a loosely supervised after-school activity. Quite frankly, the level of disorganization on display was staggering. For a business that expects customers to trust it with something as simple as preparing food in a timely manner, the performance here was not merely disappointing—it was embarrassingly pathetic.

  I stopped by today for dinner as a dine in and it was overall very pleasant I like the fact that the staff had their own flow going the customer serves was very much so pleasant I love that the Manager Shay treated me like family they forgot something on my order and she made it her business to make sure that I was satisfied with the visit and the rest of my experience was pleasant I would recommend anytime food fresh tasteful and great atmosphere I would recommend anyone !

  The food was very good, but our server was horrendous. If someone offers you tea when you arrive it is a sneaky way to charge you $4 for a teabag in a mug. My father has bells palsy and as a result he needed a fork so he could eat ramen as best he could. Server took 10-15min. Then, he asks if he could get some more napkins. My wife had to go up to her and ask for the napkins after 10-15min. The server’s immediate reply was that she did not forget. Then she gave my father the napkins with a sarcastic long bow and pause. To complete the context, I looked around at 3 other tables waiting to pay their checks so they could just leave. The server did not care one bit as she slowly walked around until one customer came up to her with payment. Good ramen, but I will probably never drive out to this location so I never have to see that server ever again.
