  First and last time I will come here. Worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to. I was patient when my online order wasn't ready. Any other location, it wouldn't have taken more than 10 min. But fine, I sat and waited when the girl said she was just "finishing the order" even though she had just grabbed the bread. Bizarre- since you can literally see them making the order. My sandwich was wrong, so I go back and I'm ignored by her and the cashier. After standing there for a few min (I was the only person in line) I asked for refund. She unwraps the sandwich and picks through it and says I'm wrong, the sandwich is correct. I wouldn't waste time going back to any place if something I ordered is correct, but even if it was, after she picked through it, I definitely wouldn't have eaten it. The attitude and snobbish tone was a lot. When I told the manager how rude she was to me - he said nothing, literally no words. I definitely wouldn't waste any time or money at this place.

  Usually good but messed up my order. Gave me turkey instead of tuna. Ate it because I opened it up back at work but wasn't happy.

  My wife and kids will give me gift cards to where they like eating. So I look in my wallet and find Jimmy John's gift cards, I stop and eat there. The food is good, the environment is clean, wholesome. And . . . . I get what I want. Yaaa.
