The reason I am writing this is for the man behind the counter - he has got to be one of the most professional, efficient people I've ever witnessed. Swamped was an understatement for how busy the place was at 5:00pm last night, but he remembered everybody's name and order in great detail and I mean that literally. At times he had two landlines, one in each hand and a mobile on his shoulder, all the while being completely and totally calm and friendly. Nobody waiting was upset, we were all in awe at what a well oiled machine your store is. I had more fun waiting for my food than watching the game!
