Was unable to use my in-app deal for a sandwich, fries, and drink combo for 4.59, and was told it was not possible. But have had no trouble using this at other locations. The cashier had zero clue what I was referring to. The manager refused to honor it even after being showed the deal and explained the deal did not say what it said on the screen. Pretty frustrating, and I was rather annoyed that I had to argue semantics with her, especially when it clearly says otherwise in app. When trying to show her the coupon, she would not look at it and kept insisting it could not cost that much. I understand the price is cheap, but that’s the point of the in-app coupons. She did not make an attempt to look at the in app coupon to confirm and adjust the price. Just argued and told me to pay. I will be skipping this establishment from now on, as I can’t trust them to honor what they should.
