Last straw was being told to pull into a spot to wait for our food tonight and waiting 25 minutes for a standard sized order. A worker came out with 3 bags and started listing off different orders trying to figure ours out. None of them were ours. We finally went in for a refund and they refunded $5 short. I was so over it I just left. Go to a different location if you care about service. The Villa Park location on St. Charles is much better.
