  Came in about 30 minutes before closing to get some ramen since I wasn’t feeling well, and Eric was absolutely great! He helped me choose what to get and did it with a smile the whole time. Super tasty ramen, definitely recommend!!

  I came to eat lunch here and when I asked the waitress where the restroom was she gave me a nasty look and a snarky reply that she thinks most restaurants would have a bathroom. I have had enough with spending my hard-earned money just to be treated rudely so I walked out without ordering anything. There are plenty of other lunch options within walking distance of this restaurant. I’m not sure how their food is but the service gets zero stars.

  Ramen was pretty good. Karaage was awesome. Definitely a good value for the price.

  I’ll start by saying the ramen here is amazing - probably some of the best I’ve had in the area. But honestly, it’s not worth it when the service is this bad. I placed a pickup order at 2:05 PM for Rich Miso Ramen with an add-on of Umami Chili. It said it would be ready by 2:21 PM. I showed up around 2:35 PM, and they told me my order wasn’t ready yet. Fine - I waited. Ten minutes go by, still nothing. I ask again, and I’m told “it’ll be right out.” Another ten minutes later, still nothing. Had three different people tell me “it’ll be out soon”. By 3:00 PM the staff realized that they actually gave my order to someone else and have to remake it. By the time I finally got my food, it was after 3 PM - a full hour later - and it was missing all the toppings and the Umami Chili I paid extra for. One worker literally had to chase me down in the parking lot with the missing toppings. Then I had to go back inside AGAIN for the chili that was also missing. I stayed calm in person, but this whole experience was a joke. I watched people come in after me, sit down, and eat but my takeout order still wasn’t ready... Clearly there’s zero communication between the staff and no accountability. Amazing ramen or not, no food is worth that kind of stress or disorganization.

  Food was great. Best ramen in the area for sure. Today we had by far the worst service. Took forever for the waitress to take our order. Once she did, she gets our order wrong (multiple items missing in ramen). She was rude and very dry. It was obvious she did not want to be there. And the constant bickering between her and the cook in the kitchen was unpleasant and unprofessional. What a huge let down. Normally this place is great.
