    Usually good but messed up my order. Gave me turkey instead of tuna. Ate it because I opened it up back at work but wasn't happy.

    My wife and kids will give me gift cards to where they like eating. So I look in my wallet and find Jimmy John's gift cards, I stop and eat there. The food is good, the environment is clean, wholesome. And . . . . I get what I want. Yaaa.

    Not sure why this place gets so much hate. I've been ordering lunch here for ~ 6 months and never had an issue. The food is made quickly, correctly, and tastes good. The staff are always friendly.
