From here on, I will drive the extra distance to the Glen Ellyn Jewel. The woman behind the deli counter, I believe her name is Jean (I could be wrong,) is so rude. This is not my first poor experience with her. She argues with customers and has a nasty attitude. I watched her argue with 3 separate customers not including myself. She also proceeded to just socialize with a regular customer while there was a sizeable line. I spent about $85 in store today alone. I can get a much better value AND friendlier service elsewhere. Very done with the Lombard Jewel.
