However, they let the garbage pile up so high at their sweetener station that it was spilling everywhere! Ridiculous! We saw the employees texting on their phones when it would’ve taken 5 minutes to change the trash and replace it with a fresh bag. Do better, Dunkin. Your cleanliness should be better than this!

I spend a lot every time I come here and they refused to remake me a measly cup of coffee that they screwed up on. Unbelievable they are. Take your money somewhere else.
