When the guy on the phone repeated the order he had said a pizza with ham, pineapple, and jalapeño. Might I add that I had repeated this order like three times when I went to pick up the pizza and got home it didn’t have any pineapple just peppers and ham. When I went to check on the app he only put ham and peppers down so how does it make any sense to tell me your going to put pineapple when I wanted a Hawaiian pizza but it doesn’t come with pineapple I’m incredibly disappointed in the lack of service

Around 7:30pm I called because my tracker kept saying it was still making! The guy told me he was getting my order ready. I asked him if this order was going to be delivered before 8:30pm - he said yes. At 8:30 pm I called to cancelled my order - yet the guy told me when I asked that my order was being taken out of the over and will be on the road shortly... I cancelled it, I have to wait several days for my refund, plus no even an apology...!!!! Horrible customer service!
