    All the staff is wonderful, truthfully though we are sad for the location to be significantly smaller now. The move didnt bother us but the lack of option are sad. We use to spend the entire day making our rounds and plenty of room to move around, now its cramped and the day is over pretty quick. Food is always fantastic, menu changes all the time though.

    The food was pretty good, all pretty basic things. One lady at my table waited 2 hours for a quesadilla and I waited 2 hours as well for a chicken club. All of the games were fun, and my party thoroughly enjoyed, but service was trash.

    We could’ve honestly done without the Lombard location. This location is entirely too small for the crowd that the business attracts. There are a nice amount of games that aren’t working in addition to the closeness of the games. WE WONT BE BACK!

    I'm sorry but the food was just subpar. Definitely below expectations from other Dave and Buster's. The servers were nice.

    The place is clean, the food was average, but the service is what matters and here, it was non-existent. We sat for over 7 minutes without anyone coming to our table. Not 1 but 2 beers were out of stock. When our food came out we asked for a beer refill and sauce for my tenders, it took 10 minutes and by the time I got my sauce, I was already done with most of my food. The games are a scam but that’s expected so no hate there. You know what you are getting into. Overall, I won’t be back to this location. Also, the game cards they gave us with the eat and play were used, and that’s ok, even preferred, but they were filthy. Even hotels clean the key cards between guests.
