  My friends and I met just after 2pm and sat down for food and drinks. We did not leave the restaurant area until 430. We waited a while for our waitress to come, ordered drinks. The drinks took almost 30 minutes to arrive. It took probably 20 minutes for anything to happen-order food, receive food, get check, then wait for the waitress to get a manager to separate our check was another 20 minutes. The only time our waitress stuck around was when we had to sign for our credit card and tip, she waited because she needed the pens back….what? Why don’t they have enough pens? We also had to leave the table to get silverware and napkins…food and drinks were good but service was some of the worst I’ve ever had. I also asked for no mushrooms on my sandwich but they put them on anyway. Game play area was very small. A lot of the games didn’t seem to work. I did have fun playing the games I did play. Would be surprised if this location makes it very long.

  Love this place, kids and adults have fun! Edwin is the best! He is kind, approachable, and genuinely cares when chatting with the kids! Everyone loves him! Service was excellent!

  All the staff is wonderful, truthfully though we are sad for the location to be significantly smaller now. The move didnt bother us but the lack of option are sad. We use to spend the entire day making our rounds and plenty of room to move around, now its cramped and the day is over pretty quick. Food is always fantastic, menu changes all the time though.

  The food was pretty good, all pretty basic things. One lady at my table waited 2 hours for a quesadilla and I waited 2 hours as well for a chicken club. All of the games were fun, and my party thoroughly enjoyed, but service was trash.

  The place is clean, the food was average, but the service is what matters and here, it was non-existent. We sat for over 7 minutes without anyone coming to our table. Not 1 but 2 beers were out of stock. When our food came out we asked for a beer refill and sauce for my tenders, it took 10 minutes and by the time I got my sauce, I was already done with most of my food. The games are a scam but that’s expected so no hate there. You know what you are getting into. Overall, I won’t be back to this location. Also, the game cards they gave us with the eat and play were used, and that’s ok, even preferred, but they were filthy. Even hotels clean the key cards between guests.
