Edwin provided outstanding service during our visit to Dave and Busters. He was attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciate his great attitude and excellent customer care. How I wish we took photos of the food we ordered. Overall, good food and good service.

We went to Dave and Busters for lunch and it was wonderful because of our server Edwin. He provided prompt service and made sure everything was correct. His professionalism and kindness stood out.

Went on a group outing with my work team, I was followed around by security the entire time, even my group noticed and was completely clowning on your guards. Also, there's only like 5 actual arcade games while everything else are these "win tickets" gotcha scam machines. Lame place wouldn't come back, probably should hire someone else other than paul blart to do security also.
I recently had one of the worst dining experiences. I’m giving it one star because the games make the rating feel safer than a zero.
DO NOT purchase the combo game card + dinner! We were informed that spending $60 would earn us an additional 1,500 tickets, but we actually found ourselves capped at that amount. I can't understand why the waitstaff would mislead us when it seems unlikely they receive a commission. Discount not included for half-priced game day.
We waited exactly thirty minutes before our waitress arrived at our table. The only reason we stayed was that we were also waiting for a friend, who likely prompted our waitress. After that long wait, she returned three times just to ask if we wanted "waters," which are typically served automatically. The food arrived at different times and caused all of us some gastrointestinal issues. In fact, the table next to us had a father and his young daughter; while his food arrived promptly, he waited nearly twenty minutes for the same waitress to check on her meal, child's pizza, which did not arrive. We felt sorry for the little girl as the waitress struggled to manage four tables.
The cocktails were clearly not made correctly and were overpriced, with no prices displayed. They even ran out of beer! To top it off, the waitress stood there staring directly at the handheld payment device to see how much we were tipping, which really set me off after the experience we had.
It’s unfortunate that this location will likely continue to attract customers despite these poor ratings; it really should be closed down.

So this is a very up and down review. My husband and I took our children to redeem their free 60 minute play that they received from school from having “great work in writing and participation”. Right off the bat we were greeted by the most friendly person in an atmosphere this busy. Aaron took care of the kids with the voucher and arcade cards. He was so kind and really just went above and beyond customer service wise. He’s definitely the best. That right there was above 5 five stars so I will leave my review with 5 stars because Aaron deserved that and much more
On the other hand. Our waitress was terrible. We are heavy tippers. But this was worst service I ever received while dining out. She took our orders. When she came back and Brought us our drinks. We ordered an additional drink and NEVER RECEIVED IT. Someone from the kitchen brought us our food. Forgot a side that we ordered. We had NO SILVERWARE OR NAPKINS for 10 mins after our food was brought out. I had pasta so everyone at the table were half way done with food before I got to start eating She never checked on us. Not once.
So all in all, I would go back because the game play and customer service was phenomenal but if we got seated with the same waitress. I would definitely ask for another one
