- MMMertApr 10, 20261.0I recently ordered a Memphis BBQ pizza from Domino’s Pizza, and had a mixed experience. I’ve ordered this pizza before, so I know what ingredients it comes with. This time, they added bacon, which is not supposed to be included. When I went back to get it fixed, one employee initially insisted that it comes with bacon. After I showed him the ingredients on the app, he agreed to remake it, but didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Me and my friends usually come here, and we’ve always had good experiences with the rest of the staff—they are nice and helpful. That’s why this situation was disappointing. Because of this experience, you’ve likely lost regular customers. A simple apology and better knowledge of the menu would have made a big difference.
