  We always have a great time at our local Dave and Busters in Lombard and that is saying a lot, we are Dave and busters enthusiasts. Edwin and Nathalie are so sweet we have a great time at the bar and get great drinks every time!

  With young children who can barely earn tickets playing games, they all left cryimg that they didnt earn enough tickets for a prizes. Spent 75 bucks on 3 kids and not even enough tickets for three pieces of candy. Ill skip going here again until they are older.

  Honestly expected more I didn’t appreciate traveling an hour and 30 minutes for something I could not experience fully. A lot of time spent between ordering looking for a server or not being serviced at all. I don’t usually come to Dave and busters and honestly it will stay that way. I’m a full service bartender who understands. You never know how hard a persons day might be so that being said..I love to take care of my service industry friends and tipping them well, first time ever I walked out and left no tip. Thanks for providing the most uncompromising experience I’ve ever had. Glad I didn’t waste a dime on your petty service.

  Sat at the bar and Edwin the bartender was excellent, made sure none of our drinks were empty the entire time even though it was busy. Also Natalie the manager stopped by and made sure everyone was having a good time, they are a great team!

  I had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s thanks to our server, Donnivan. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Their positive attitude really added to the fun atmosphere. Definitely one of the better service experiences I’ve had here—thank you!
