  Drive through at 11pm on a Friday. Fast. App worked great. Food was tasty, though chicken sandwich was bland and needs more mayo. But for $17 getting 4 sandwiches, 3 fries, and 2 drinks? Great deal. Burger King tried to charge me $18 for just two sandwiches….

  Very unprofessional management... When the manager arrives at the window with a mouthful of food we had to wait for her to stop chewing and continues the transaction with even less professional verbiage.... this is quite the example for those you manage.

  Love this Wendy’s. Staff is great and friendly. Food is hot. Glad we have a location here in Lockport

  How can you not get orders right?? No customer's inside nor no.line in drive thru and still managed to get my entire order wrong... By reading all these review's I should of known better not to eat here.. This is insane you think new business in lockport they wanna give extra good service to impress people... Also wanted to mention the entire staff ignorant, rude, just standing around in there phones acting like I'm bothering them waiting on my food I paid for.. Honestly they need a new manager that shows that they care and get rid of of these lazy employee...

  Nice jr. cheeseburger deluxe it's just a cheeseburger definitely wish I checked it before I left Lady at the drive-thru very rude as if I was interrupting her day to order my food And even though I waited like 10 minutes in the drive-thru The food was still cold definitely not going back to this location
