It has been multiple times that I get lunch for my husband to take to his work and there is never any cutlery in the bags. Got soup or salad but can’t eat it because they didn’t include anything to eat it with. Very disappointing and frustrating that my husband can’t even eat his lunch when I drove 30 minutes. When I called to address this all I got was “we’ll talk to the team” any other Panera establishment would offer a refund or discount on next order for a mistake on their part.

Tonight they finally had a Baguette but we order a Bread bowl, we get here and......Manager says, not sure why you are allowed to order it, we have been out of bread bowls since 5pm. Manager advised me about pre-ordering before 5pm to try to reserve a Bread bowl. Terrible experience. We came for a soup in a bread bowl. Hopefully other Panera's don't stop making bread.
