    Went through the drive-through in Lockport Illinois. Did not receive my fries and did not receive a receipt. There is no phone number for the Lockport restaurant. So I’m out the money and no fries. Very disappointed.

    On 2/25/2026, I made an online order through App. Nobody told me that they had a princess working the window. Her name was Kamille and she was so sweet, kind, understanding and everything with a gorgeous smile. I will be coming back to this Wendy's. This is the kind of attitude every fast food person in Lockport needs because they are very rude. Thank You again Kamille for making my night.

    This the first time going to this Wendy's. I used the drive through, placed my order, the person on the speaker repeated everything but when I got my food. It was not what I ordered, I looked at my receipt and it was not what I ordered. I asked for unsweetened tea and Baconator Fries, what i got was sweet tea and bacon cheese potatoe. My Dave’s Single had way too much ketchup and mayo on it.

    I have been here a few times since they opened. I order via the mobile app. Both breakfast items and lunch items have been hot and fresh. Staff is nice but still learning which is understandable in a new location. Great deals. Buy the deal on the frosty for $2 and get a free frosty all year long with any purchase.

    The person ordering my food seemed confused about if they served the Dave's triple and the bake potatoes, after a few minutes I. Got my ordered placed. Once I got home I notice my burger wasnt wrapped. Just thrown in the bag. When I opened it up I noticed only one small piece of bacon. This is so upsetting. Maybe get the 5 employees that were standing there on there phones to get to work and make sure food is made property
