  Usually a good place but has severely gone down hill, the past 2 times ordered got the wrong sandwiches and was shorted a sandwich both times the toasted sandwiches were burnt, and most of them plus the wraps were not cut in half this place is ridiculous and I highly advise avoiding this place

  so nice and understanding. i accidentally put wrong address for delivery and they gave me the money back. and on other visits the store was very clean and the staff is nice

  I’ve been to this location twice in person and have also ordered from the Jimmy John’s App for delivery like 5 Xs since moving to Lockport and the employees are ALWAYS phenomenal in person greeting you and paying close attention to detail and the product the sandwich artists from the ordering process to taking possession of my order has been top notch. Thank you guys for a fantastic consistent experience and sub sandwich. Your customer service , attitude and sandwich making skills are greatly appreciated Thank you for all you do!! It does NOT go unnoticed 👍👍

  Ordered delivery four sandwiches for my family after work. They gave the dasher a WEB ORDER FROM THREE HOURS EARLIER IN THE DAY that only has one. Instead of making my order. They gave the dasher a sand which ANYONE in food service knows is unsafe to eat. SHAME ON YOU. I hope the proper management sees it and holds the staff working at this location on October 29th at EIGHT PM accountable !. (See the check time that states FIVE PM)
