Apparently there was no one out of the entire jewel osco staff with a key to the baby formula . I was told I should have gotten there by 8 pm which online shows PHARMACY hours . I’ve never in my entire life been denied PURCHASING BABY FORMULA FOR MY HUNGRY INFANT. I was told smart remarks by employees such as “I don’t have a baby so I don’t have to feed one” . The literal store manager on duty for the night , that was walking around with about 4 sets of keys on her pockets could care less about unlocking the baby formula . To the one employee Zachary who apparently works for Osco , thank you . For your compassion and understanding even though I left with no formula he resonated and showed the PROPER customer service . I will NEVER return to this Jewel . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !

It wasn’t done on time (no one knew where my cake was, I believe they even thought I was crazy might’ve ordered at the wrong place) 2. Could have been our fault or not because they rush to finish. The top part of my cake moved, she (the baker) Blame it on me and didn’t really help fix it. I’ve worked customer service since a teen and to my understanding, you try to accommodate the customer to the best of your abilities. We were sent back home with “this is all I can do for you.”
