- SVSamantha VesperFeb 17, 20265.0Honestly props to the manager-- I didn't get his name but I ordered a butter, pecan coffee through the Mobile app and when I got there to pick it up was told that they are out of butter pecan, but they would give me a different flavor, but they also were out of the other flavor I would have gotten so I had to leave to get to work with no order, and when I called back later to figure out what to do because my order could not be canceled… The manager told me to come back tomorrow when they have the syrups back in stock and he will fulfill my order then which I thought was really awesome because I left super disappointed to be out eight dollars and have no coffee or breakfast . So thank you to the manager for making that better and I'm super excited to get my order still tomorrow. This dunkin is always consistent with great tasting coffee as well. So thanks again for taking care of a customer.
