The lady taking my order did not ask me my order, she said hello , and i proceeded to read my two items off to her she kept saying OK after the item in a slightly annoyed tone. That was fine that didn't bother me yet. What bothered me was receiving my bagel minis completely cold. Just because the outside is warm, doesn't mean the inside is -and apparently no one at this Dunkin has ever taken a baking class to know that. I get this item enough to know what the estimated wait time should look like if it's being cooked thoroughly and I'm not surprised that this Dunkin is just trying to shove out items and get people out of their line. They've been this way for years, and it will continue to be this way, but yet I still come due to the lack of other options in the area. I've only gotten the upmost service from a younger Hispanic man , if I caught his name, I'd put it in here because he's the best employee I've seen there. Props to him and only him
