- ASAimee S.Oct 25, 20255.0The people who work at the dunkin are very nice to everyone and love to see kids come in or pets pass by in the drive through, they always offer pup cups, at times they do get busy when rush hour hits but everyone is running around accordingly trying to get the orders out as soon as they can. If they are ever met with rude comments or aggressive behavior they do ask how they can fix the situation and always try to fix the situation. However, they do let you know to please not be rude towards them or use profanity. They always offer suggestions and are always happy to answer any questions or concerns the customer has. Sweetie, the manager, is beyond amazing. She knows orders off the top of her head for customers who come in daily, she always leads her team with integrity and is great with customers. Me and my husband come into this dunkin almost every day so we get to see whats going on a lot. We’ve seen people become so rude over a donut. Please don’t be these people.. this team is so great and nice, willing to fix any mishaps and are quick to say sorry as well. They offer suggestions, their hot coffee is always hot and carry a wide selection for menu items and donuts and drinks. The store was even decorated sooo beautifully for this Halloween. Great job yall! Will definitely keep coming back for our coffee ☺️
