    Learn to teach your employees about portions. Just depends on who you get and how their mood is. 32 Grams of protein is not 3 or 4 small pieces of meat. You can tell the manager gets bonuses from controlling the amount of food that goes out. Not coming back here again. We order 2 to 3 times a week so there goes some of your bonus. The picture listed below is how much chicken you're supposed to get with your meal. Yes you read that right. Go back to training in case you skipped that part.

    I promise this is the worse chipotle franchise around. EVERY time I go it there’s a problem. I went a month ago, got ignored with nothing said for 10 minutes and eventually left. The employees do not care! They’re constantly “why are people coming? Where are they coming from?” If you don’t want to work, go somewhere else or wait until I can’t hear you. Anyways tonight I had an employee who actually did care, was polite and doing his job well!! I asked for steak not realizing that the carne asada and steak were different(my mistake) he put literally 3 pieces on top being nice and then while I’m checking out he got in trouble for doing so. This place is absolutely ridiculous. People like him will make you want to come back, everyone else I’ve encountered is a high schooler who just doesn’t care. You guys need a serious management overhaul. Good job to the kid who just tried to make my experience better, I told him he didn’t have to, but he did and I appreciated it until who I’m assuming is the manager came and told him “never do that again”

    Came in about 7 PM on Sunday. The girl with the pink hair would not even greet me. She was too worried about her phone and texting somebody. She sat there while I stared at her for probably at least 40 seconds. The tall young man walked by did not greet me or say anything. As I stood there finally, the black girl walked up and then the girl with the pink hair. Tells her yeah, take care of him. So while I'm ordering, I have to keep completely restating everything that I want at least 3 times then at the end I'm asked, do I want anything else? I say, yes, a large drink, emphasizing large she. Rings up my order and then says, what did I want? I said a large drink, she goes back to Looking at the order and then said, what did you want again?I said a large drink.She then gives me a medium drink after asking me, what did I want three times when I repeated three times but I also said everything very slowly from the beginning one by one.This was a little outrageous and horrible service.What happened to the days when you had a mature manager on duty?The food looked old, the make line was dirty.This makes no sense.
