  I’ve gone to different 7brews and they always taste good. The first time I went to this one they gave me the wrong drink. I tried it again and the drink tasted terrible, I’ve had it at a different 7brew and loved it. Very disappointed

  I came to this location on 11/3 at 11:30am and the service was not it at all. I ordered a large iced blondie with banana bread and I asked if I could get it made more sweeter and the server hesitated to answer me. She was like oh well we could’ve made it sweeter but we would need to charge you for that now. I’m very disappointed to be spending 20$ on coffee just to not be satisfied with my order. Especially when 7 brew policy says something along the lines if we do not like the way it taste it could be remade. I was the only one at this location. I wish I would’ve asked for a refund and went to a different location. The Joliet and Naperville location is a lot better. I can’t believe I drove 45 min for this coffee.

  I’ve always had great experiences at this location and the staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. However, today was a bit disappointing, my drink was almost entirely ice, leaving only a few sips of actual beverage. It’s frustrating to pay $8 for a drink and receive so little of it.

  One week, they were blasting unedited Megan Thee Stallion but have since seemed to clean up the playlists… other than that, the drinks are pretty solid though prices aren’t listed and I have no idea what I’m spending until it’s time to pay (I’m sure this is part of their business model). My only true complaint is that I wish they’d keep consistent use of the sip lids so straws aren’t necessary — and stop handing straws out by default. I don’t expect teenagers to be conscious of plastic waste but management should. Overall, still an exciting addition to the area!

  I always come to this location and it’s a hit or miss, but I didn’t expect them to get our order so wrong. They got all 3 of our drinks wrong, did not give us the extra caramel in any of them or the cold foam either. We gave it back once and asked for our caramel and cold foam, which we originally ordered, and they brought them back with only the caramel. We again told them about the cold foam and they told us they’d have to charge us extra even though we already paid, and the worker read all our orders out loud to confirm. When we tried to give our drinks back again for the cold foam, they gave attitude so we said it’s fine and left. Once we tried our drinks, we realized more mistakes. They made one with normal milk, which my cousin is allergic to, instead of the oat milk we asked for. Overall, bad customer service, very unprofessional. Will never be coming back to this shop.
