  I’ve had really positive experiences at the Seven Brew in Lockport. The staff is consistently kind and welcoming, and I never feel rushed — even when I’ve come by close to closing time. They’re also great about letting me know ahead of time if there’s an upcharge, which I really appreciate. That kind of transparency goes a long way. The drinks are about 90% accurate, which honestly is pretty solid. And when something is slightly off, the service is so good that it doesn’t feel like a big deal. The only small suggestion (more system-wide than location-specific) would be clearer consistency across stores on what “light ice” means. Overall, this location stands out for its kindness and professionalism. Definitely a great team.

  I’ve given this location several chances, but unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. It often feels disorganized, with loud music and staff chatting instead of focusing on taking orders. I used to really enjoy this place, but moving forward I’ll be taking my business to the Mokena location, where I’ve had a much better experience.

  I’m disappointed with my recent experiences at 7 Brew. Today, I stopped by during posted business hours, but no one came out to take my order, although there was staff inside laughing and talking, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, on prior visits, my drink size has been incorrect more than once. I value good service and consistency, and unfortunately this location has not met that standard. I hope management can address these issues so the customer experience better reflects the brand.

  music played outside is so insanely loud that you can’t hear to order. there is no menu unless you ask for one. line took over 30 minutes with 4 cars ahead of us and 6 people working. drinks are either artificial tasting or insanely sweet, also nearly $7 per drink don’t waste your time or money
