  I absolutely y hate leaving a mean review. Yet after tonight I’m done. Manager is rude as shir calls kids thieves, go to order food they’re always out, cold or soggy. Tried to order a drink tonight. Was told they’re out of Baja blast and asked what they had soda wise and they roomed to read the screen as I didn’t see any soda products, I left my order the other day and manager called my kid a liar and trying to get free food. Thank god for this kid named Mason who knew us? Find new manager

  I pulled into the drive thru line at 7:15. I could see 5-6 cars in front of me. I didn’t leave with my food until 7:45!

  Went for a quick meal. The restaurant was totally filthy. You could see the kitchen floor completely covered with food , napkins & food containers. There was a drink left on the front counter never picked up wasted never thrown away. Trash cans were overflowing all of them drink area was a complete mess. It’s a shame you have to use the kiosk instead of real customer service. If I wanted to work there I’d apply for a job instead of waiting on myself I’d rather pay more and go elsewhere. Very disappointing. The guy in charge was rude and hollering sound the kitchen prep area. Not something you want to hear. The kiosk service is stupid. There’s no personal customer service or support in this location. Will drive further to any other location or someplace with more customer service,,,,, won’t return. If you want to eat in a nasty restaurant that’s your place….
