    Normally I give places the benefit of the doubt because I work in the food industry myself. I will not be returning ro this Wendy's though. I ordered my burger with no cheese due to the fact that I am lactose intolerant. Now, here is the reason I ALWAYS check my food before heading home. Lo and behold it had cheese on it. Totally fine, mistakes happen. Sent my husband inside to get it it fixed. No problems. Then I open my burger and there's little to no toppings on it. Keep in mind it's the big bacon classic, so it has everything on it pretty much. Disappointed and will not be returning.

    We ordered our food, was told (rudely) to pull up and wait. We proceeded to wait at the carry out door for 15 minutes with no service. Then decided to go in and the lady at the register didn’t seem to want to help us. And when we told the employee that we have been waiting (at this point for 20 minutes) that we have not received our order the worker proceeded to roll her eyes and had to find our order. Do better people. Do your job. It’s not that hard

    Food is good but the service is slow on Sunday. Every time I go, there's a long line and quite often others who come in to dine, leave. Always one cashier working who ends up doing multiple jobs trying to help all the customers.
