The lady over the headset was so rude. She said “anything else” like 46 times when we were actively looking. Then when we got up to the window, she was using profanity. The food tasted bad as well. Worst experience ever.

I can't say how thankful I was for their service, I was 22 hours away from home, and another 2 hours away from were I was going. It was just me & my eye old granddaughter and my car broke down in the drive thru...as soon as I told the lady to hang on, my car stalled....there was 3 workers out there before I could count to 5. Pushing my car and they got my car jumped and up running again....sooo Thank you very much for making my scaring moment, not so scary! That is what I called service with care!

The guy at the window was very rude from the time we pulled up to the mic and he had us pull forward because they didnt know what was going on when we told him the name on the order.

Disappointed in the food here. I will say the nuggets were fine I ordered a chicken sandwich that came spicy after repeatedly saying not spicy and at that it was subpar even for spicy. Especially seen hamburger meat started falling out of the sandwich and I ordered no hamburger at all. Chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich. The fries were terrible. The ice coffee was undrinkable it was so bad. Like 3 day old coffee and expired cream was used. And partly my fault partly theirs they only have me 2 of the 3 drinks ordered. Looks like a previously used bun for a hamburger was used for my chicken sandwich 😅

Not the Wendy’s we grew up with. Bland food, dirty dining area floors, windows. The doors coming in were so smeared up with hand prints we should have turned around. The ice machines were very dirty. Won’t go back
