I went through right before closing the other night & got a small chilli only thinking well that should be ok the crackers were so stale I didn’t use them took maybe 3 bites of the nasty chilli had diarrhea within a hr by the next morning I had stomach cramps, vomiting so bad I couldn’t make my trip too Chicago. I use to love Wendy’s this location is discussing & needs shut down

We didn't know how to respond. Last time we came here and we got our order, it got screwed up cause we wanted it plain and when we told him about it we were being as nice as possible but apparently that's bullying? Keep in mind that was over a month ago so not sure why he had to flip out about it when it was an honest mistake and we weren't even yelling about it or anything! Anyway, when we got our food this time, my sister was ordering the 10 piece nugget, fries and drink and he rudely asked "Oh you want a combo?" and we didn't know how to respond so she said yes. Then when I made my order for 2 #1 double plain cheeseburgers, he goes "2?!" Yes I wanted two cause I was ordering one for our mom! Then when he handed me the cups for our drinks, he slammed it down on the counter and walked away. He even got my name wrong on the receipt! We will never come back to this location again! We should have just turned around the moment he said that cause that was unacceptable!
