    The sandwich seems more skimpy and I was expected to tip on Cary out. The drive thru took presidence and I waited too long. I'm not coming back.

    This is by far the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible anything but friendly. I waited over 10–15 minutes in the drive-thru during my lunch break. The employee at the window took my cash while wearing gloves, then walked away. I can only hope he changed gloves before handling food. Overall, a very poor experience at this location.
