    Customer service is horrible. We walked in and an employee was sitting on the counter (later found out she was a "manager.") The "manager" literally dropped the pizza I was picking up in front of me. She looked at me, tried to put it all back in the box, and then said, "I guess I'll remake it" and just giggled. Left the rest of my order sitting out on the counter getting cold and we had to wait another 15 minutes for our re-made pizza. No apology, no attempt to make it right. We asked for the manager and she giggled and said that she was the manager. When we got our pizzas then she said "the other guy here is also a manager." Talked to him about our concerns and just didn't seem to care. Haven't even eaten the pizza yet but I don't even want it. We will not be returning and recommend you don't go there either or you might have a pizza that's been on the floor.

    I’m sorry Papa John’s, this is getting bad. This pizza is mostly crust with half the cheese and toppings. Crushed red pepper and Parmesan (staples of any pizza place) is extra??? It has been some time since I ordered pizza, but when I did, I used to go out of my way to order Papa John’s - that will be no longer the case.

    I was there this afternoon. Disappointed when I saw the guys serving in sandals. Probably Im making big waves about it. But come on!. Seriously? Serving food and in sandals?. I had to say, thank you but no. Went instead across the street to brassis. Great pizzas at Brassis.

    I am disappointed with my recent order from Papa John's, as the pizza, bread, and other items arrived cold, as if they had been sitting out for days. The butter dip was open and spilled, and the vegetable toppings on the pizza contained hardly any vegetables, just a few strands of onions. Overall, the quality was subpar and inferior compared to Domino's.
