Took a mobile order charged my card and would not serve me my order. Called for a refund and was told I’d need to come to the store to get a refund… this location has been great in the past but is falling apart

I had stoped by last night for my kids pop was flat. My wife called and no one answers for 30 min .. I had went back today to buy food and get compensated for 2 cokes . They couldn’t find my wife’s complaint for the cokes so Melanie said she couldn’t do. I told them it’s ok I’ll leave a bad review, she obviously didn’t care to resolve it

Ordered a double quarter pounder w/cheese with a large fry, extra salt and a 6 piece mcnugget with a large fry, extra salt. Not only were the fries unsalted and we provided with salt packets instead but there were strands of black hair in my burger and on the fries, the nuggets tasted like they were laced with marijuana utterly disgusting and on top of that they only refunded us for half the order. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!

You would think you would update your hours especially on holidays so people don't waste their time driving there for nothing.. oh.. wait a minute I forgot your McDonald's workers.....that would be waaaaaaay too much to ask.
