    went through the drive-through ordered a sesame seed bagel with plain cream cheese on it not toasted. I get that order multiple times a week. I didn’t open the bag until I got to work when I opened it. There was a bagel in there not cut no cream cheese, just a bagel thrown into a bag.

    EDIT: Turns out the donuts are flash frozen and get thawed at the Dunkin location. No wonder it's all downhill. Original review: The donuts are not fresh, they are cold and obviously made earlier and refrigerated. Centralizing the donut making was a mistake. I would love to have some fresh donuts.

    Hi, I wanted to report one of the worst Dunkin experiences I have ever had. This happened on November 19th around 3:30 PM in 2025. I ordered a peppermint mocha from the drive thru. A peppermint mocha should have whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, peppermint flavor, and mocha. Instead, I received a plain hot coffee with a peppermint mocha sticker stuck on it like that alone would magically create flavor. There was no whip, no drizzle, no peppermint, and no mocha. Just a very confused cup of coffee. I went inside for a refund. I did not want it remade. I only wanted my money back for a drink that was not even close to what I ordered. A different lady came to the counter first. I did not get her name, but she was polite and she went to call for Niketha. The moment Niketha walked up, the whole mood changed. She already looked annoyed before I even spoke, like assisting a customer was the last thing she planned on doing that day. She gave no greeting and no apology. When I explained that I needed a refund, she acted like I had asked her to perform a magic trick. She avoided giving the refund, gave me attitude the entire time, and made the process way harder than it needed to be. I had to repeat myself multiple times because she clearly did not want to help. Her attitude was unnecessary and honestly exhausting. It felt like she was personally offended that I wanted the drink I paid for. By the time she finally processed the refund, I was thinking I should have just gone to Starbucks. At least they would have given me the right drink without acting like I disrupted national peace. I wanted to make you aware because the wrong drink was one problem, but the customer service was truly unacceptable.

    Literally the worst Dunkin ever. Keep trying to give it chances but they get worse visit by visit. The coffee is terrible and their service takes forever to produce one drink. The coffee always tastes burned and no matter which drink I get it is always inaccurately made when I’ve tried the same drink at multiple different locations.
