    Ordered a cookie butter cloud latte and it was made all wrong, they put pretzels and candy inside and sunk all to the bottom. Doesn’t taste right at all.

    Made us pull around to wait for two drinks at 7am. No one else was in the Drive through or in the store. The lady Ridley and loudly placed the tip jar out on the Drive through ledge and then moved it inside as we pulled around front. Just go to the other dunkin down odgen or the one in danada if you can. Much better service.

    The lady in the drive thru was rude and cut me off when we were ordering. Made us pull around to wait for TWO drinks and it wasn’t even busy. One small latte that wasn’t even hot and an iced coffee that was not made correctly when we asked for the refund she gave an attitude and started slamming stuff on the counter. Don’t go here if u want terrible service usually the guy in the drive thru in the mornings is nice but this lady was terrible.
