However, I had a really rude experience at this drive thru today where the attendant told me, after asking if they had a certain ice cream flavor, that I should come inside and look. With CoVid-19, I feel more safe being in my car with a mask than coming inside, so I let the man know that I wanted to stay in my car. After ordering and paying, the attendant gave me a wrong ice cream flavor (he gave me peanut butter chip, I ordered mint chip). He gave me an attitude, corrected the order, gave me the cone and said “next time, you come inside” and slammed the drive thru window shut. I just didn’t think this was an appropriate behavior given the state of everything at the moment... and CoVid-19 or not, I’ve never been told that I should be coming inside instead of using a drive thru. I will not be back at this location.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How do I sign up for the Birthday Club?
Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
