    I ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce and bun and it came out with no bun and just a chicken sandwich Terrible customer service and she said if you ask for a bun, you don’t get one

    I went to order an $8 bundle (I order a $6 one all the time) and I asked to upgrade to baconator fries (as I always do) the guy says it doesn’t come with fries. I explained that it did and some lady comes in yelling out of nowhere saying “SIR WE CANT UPGRADE THAT BUNDLE” so because of her attitude I left. I knew that you could upgrade it of course so I drove 15 minutes to another Wendy’s to get my order. You can clearly upgrade it. I knew this but you can’t argue with agree staff members. Please train your employees Wendy’s. Customers shouldn’t know more about the menu than the workers themselves. Also, I’ve worked in fast food for 5 years, a little hospitality goes a long way, and usually you should hear the customer out. Won’t be choosing that Wendy’s again.

    This is the second time I have gone to Wendy’s and have gotta bad food. Today I order a double, The bun was so soggy like it was drenched in water. I had to throw it away. So much freshness. I will not be going to that Wendy’s anymore.

    Beware depending on who's working management when prices are different and they decide if they want to charge .50 cents per sauce. If you got any Wendy's sauces at home bring them to this location for .50 cents per sauce credit cuz if they want to charge then they got to return them 😆 Is BBQ sauce even on the menus and why do some management charge and the others make up thier own prices
