I spent over $30 on food and drinks, and they still refused to give me a simple cup of tap water without charging for it. The bagels were rock hard, and there was barely any cream cheese on them — it felt like they were cutting corners wherever possible. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, it felt overpriced, low quality, and not worth it. I won’t be coming back to this location. Not all Dunkin’s are created equal. Avoid this one at all costs.
