They always have all the food out even when it’s late at night and they’re close to close. They’re always super clean and their lobby is always picked up. They always have smiles in their face and even when they’re close to close, they’ll put down whatever they’re closing to go attend to me love this chipotle it’s my main one and being a loyal customer always gives you perks. I’m leaving this a 5 star for now because that’s how it’s been since it opened. If you really want a 1-2 star experience go to the Deerfield chipotle location, then get back to me if you disagree. I literally think that location is the worst one I’ve been to in my life so maybe my reviews are skewed… But hey, it’s just my opinion
