My family and I stopped in for a quick brunch to go. We each ordered a sandwich and a drink, and I specifically asked for my egg on the side. We received our drinks first, but unfortunately all three were disappointing- especially my chai, which had no flavor at all.
When our sandwiches were ready, we grabbed our order and left. Once we got to the car to eat, I realized my sandwich included the egg instead of having it on the side. I went back inside to request a correction, but the experience was uncomfortable. The employee with long hair didn’t seem welcoming- he took the sandwich without making eye contact and simply said “sorry” as he walked away, without any further acknowledgment.
The cashier also seemed to not recognize me or the situation, even though we had just walked out. After waiting for a few mins, a young woman eventually handed me a replacement sandwich, but the overall interaction made me feel like I was inconveniencing the staff rather than being helped.
It was disappointing, as I expect a basic level of customer service and attention to orders. Unfortunately, this experience makes it unlikely that I will return.
Took soooo long (20 mins) to get breakfast, 2 sandwiches, even with 4-5 people working and an empty lobby. Almost had to change my order to lunch.
Kevin makes Schaumburg store shine! I have sent several of my friends to the Schaumburg location and they’ve all told me that the best service they received is from Kevin! We love u Kevin!! ROCKSTAR

I came in to be greeted appropriately, the Bagels are the Bomb. The Salesman at Libertyville Kia loves the Bagels with that Tasty Garden Spread, thanks again.

Cris was amazing! He provided excellent customer service and brought such great energy the entire time. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. We live just around the corner, so we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Cris!
