  On April 21st, I stopped at Chipotle and had an absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a burrito bowl, and there were four employees working, including the cashier. Despite standing there waiting for my order to even begin, no one acknowledged me or stepped in to help. Eventually, one employee started my bowl, filled it partially, and then just walked away without explanation. I waited for quite a while before asking the cashier what was happening with my order. He completely ignored me at first. I actually had to say, “Excuse me, I’m talking to you,” before he responded. Even then, he acted like he was hearing me for the first time and simply said he couldn’t move from his spot. He made no effort to communicate with his team, help get my order completed, or show any sense of urgency. What made this even worse was the complete lack of apology, professionalism, or basic courtesy. The entire interaction felt dismissive and discriminatory. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I left extremely disappointed, and based on this experience, I will never return to this Chipotle location.

  Let's be honest, you don't go to Chipotle for great food great service or great atmosphere. However, they did a really good job of feeding me. I took my food to go and it was very good. The folks at the counter were very very capable and served generous portions.

  Service is absolutely pathetic We went to this store at 8:15 and no customers were there. As soon as we entered they were yelling at us no chicken only beef. Every single person at the store were yelling. They all need to be replaced. If the store hours are until 10 pm we expect you serve the menu items as per customers ask.

  Ok the first time I went here I walked out. The guy that was going to make my burrito had bandaids on both of his hands then clear gloves over. I know his hands were covered but can you please have someone that's going to build my food not have visible bandaids on there hands. Second time which was today. I walked in at 2:30 in the afternoon and the place is filthy. Tables have stuff on them and have not been wiped. The floor has food on it it from not be swept. The drink machine is sop and wet. Guys I can spend my 15 dollars some where else for lunch. This place I gave 2 tries and I will not be giving it a third... Come on you have to do better! This was gross 2 times now!!!

  They served me brown old guacamole…was surprised as it is usually fresh at other locations.
