They have gotten almost every order wrong that adds bacon to an order, this year. 5 times in a row. Today I was told a $20 breakfast includes paying extra for syrup. No, I am not paying!

I never like leaving negative reviews but this experience honestly had me stumped. Waited 20 minutes as the only car in your drive thru just to get room temp food. Put my iced latte in a hot cup, lost some oz to that, and didn’t add the french vanilla at all, and TOLD me that you had to pour out half my drink to fit the ice in it because you knew you used the wrong cup but didn’t bother to fix it? I also ordered a sundae because my blood sugar was very low and they decided to wait until after we had already waited for 20 mins to finally get our food to tell me that “the machine is down”. You either haven’t cleaned it or can’t be bothered to boot it up for the day. Both things I got to boost my sugar were unobtainable. The attitude from the team was a slap in the face on top of everything. I’m so disappointed spending my money for such poor service and food. Can’t even provide a girl some napkins either. I would be embarrassed to run a store like that 😕

Extraordinarily long wait times. Owners obviously don’t care about customer service. Went inside and ordered (by kiosk) and waited 15 min for two happy meals. Then when they forgot my drinks I was told to “give us a minute”. Then the fries were unsalted and cold. The employees here are obviously at their height of employment.
If you as owners want to know why sales are down, try your restaurant sometime. You are tied with Williamsville for how bad every one of you are at your job.

Throwing up wet floor signs when the entirety of the customer floor is covered in OIL doesn't make it safe. It's not wet it's oil. Should probably teach staff how to mop properly.
