The cleanest and nicest McDonald’s we ever visited. We didn’t feel like we were in a fast food restaurant. Wow 🤩 the staff is amazing! Mr Flash was great helping us and keeping the dining area spotless, also helping our toddler in the play place.

Every other order is usually incorrect and fries are always cold. When you pull cars up and only worry about times and not the quality of food you put out thats why people are going else where and not returning. Can someone look into lincolns management because they all need re trained or replaced

Terrible place. Was here 15 mins before 1030 waited at the counter nobody came to talk to me for 15 mins.. wont go back to this McDonald's

I never like leaving negative reviews but this experience honestly had me stumped. Waited 20 minutes as the only car in your drive thru just to get room temp food. Put my iced latte in a hot cup, lost some oz to that, and didn’t add the french vanilla at all, and TOLD me that you had to pour out half my drink to fit the ice in it because you knew you used the wrong cup but didn’t bother to fix it? I also ordered a sundae because my blood sugar was very low and they decided to wait until after we had already waited for 20 mins to finally get our food to tell me that “the machine is down”. You either haven’t cleaned it or can’t be bothered to boot it up for the day. Both things I got to boost my sugar were unobtainable. The attitude from the team was a slap in the face on top of everything. I’m so disappointed spending my money for such poor service and food. Can’t even provide a girl some napkins either. I would be embarrassed to run a store like that 😕
