The staff has gone above and beyond, detail oriented and consistently perfect meals. I’ve seen only the same couple individuals over the last 2 months and they make me return knowing I’ll get great product and service!

They didn’t give me the right sandwich for an online- it didn’t have everything I ordered on it- missing the tomato’s, the worker barely even looked at me in the window, my pickles were cut oddly, and you really just made me never want to go to jimmy John’s again, like I don’t understand how hard it is to read a ticket when you weren’t even busy.
