While waiting, I observed an older, short woman with blond hair, identified as Olga, treating her colleagues with unacceptable disrespect. She was repeatedly heard making demeaning comments, including telling coworkers to "shut up" and publicly stating that they were "dumb" and incompetent at their jobs. This behavior created a tense and negative atmosphere, which is highly disruptive to a customer environment. Furthermore, when I made a simple and necessary request for a clean spoon, Olga responded with visible annoyance and an abrupt, rude demeanor. The combination of unprofessional conduct toward staff and poor customer service made for a very disappointing visit. Respectful communication and basic courtesy should be standard for all employees.
