She was repeatedly heard making demeaning comments, including telling coworkers to "shut up" and publicly stating that they were "dumb" and incompetent at their jobs. This behavior created a tense and negative atmosphere, which is highly disruptive to a customer environment. Furthermore, when I made a simple and necessary request for a clean spoon, Olga responded with visible annoyance and an abrupt, rude demeanor. The combination of unprofessional conduct toward staff and poor customer service made for a very disappointing visit. Respectful communication and basic courtesy should be standard for all employees.
