I went here tonight and I gave the cashier my card and she give it back when I pulled up to the second window they said my card didn’t work I told them well you rude employee just tipped it and gave it back! The manager said I’m stealing from them! And I told them let me try Apple Pay and they took 2 minutes to take my phone to tap it! I also got a happy meal and they forgot the sauce and they told me 30 cents for an extra one!! I showed them the bag and told them I Have noo sauce! So I ended up paying for it! This McDonald needs to go out of business or the owner needs to train them again!

I went to the counter and waited 3 or 4 minutes with my McRib in hand for someone to come. (I hate these new designs where the kitchen and prep area are hidden because no one can see you.) With a major attitude the girl behind the counter says what's wrong with your sandwich? I politely said the bun is stale. She says well thats a new one I've never heard that before. What do you mean your bun is stale? I said it's hard! I hand it her and she hands it to her manager and with the same attitude she says he said his bun is hard! At that point I raised my voice and said I can do without the attitude. I finally received a hot sandwich with a soft bun. This is not a McDonald's I have ever visited before and never will again.

They fake those times for corporate by having you pull forward, and stop the timer. This place is the CEO of fake drive thru times. Go to the Peterson Rd or Lake Bluff location before this one.
