Yesterday I could not get a U deal to clip on my phone and waited in line at customer service and the young man with the big black glasses was so rude, would not offer any help. Again so rude I asked for a manager and he told me there was not one in the entire store at the time. I will never shop there again. Customer service should offer customer service.

Deana helped and did it without the attitude and offered solutions to fix the issues. Thank you to Deana. Not sure what is going on at this jewel. My clipped coupons never work and I’ve put in multiple trouble tickets. It’s not my fault but the Apps!! What makes this store extra special is that the lady at the self checkout is extremely rude and uses profanity and complaining about having to fix it. What a horrible customer service experience.
