  I’ve been wanting to try the new drinks at Dunkin’, but this location never seems able to make them. Today I preordered a banana latte, and when I got to the window I was told they couldn’t make any lattes at the moment. I asked if they could make another banana espresso drink instead and they couldn’t do that either. This is the third time they haven’t been able to fulfill my order. The first time in February I went to try one of their strawberry drinks and they were out of strawberry. I even went back another time hoping to try it and they were still out. On two of those visits, I had already ordered a more expensive drink and ended up having to downgrade to something cheaper because they couldn’t make what I originally wanted. It’s frustrating to look forward to trying the new drinks and then be told they can’t make them after placing the order. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back to this location anymore.

  They are so nice I lost my voice and somehow remembered me and ask of my well being on my next visit I wish all businesses were like their staff. God bless you guys and you families

  They forgot a sandwich, forgot to add almond milk, took a long time. Either understaffed or under trained.

  Coffee is a daily necessity & I prefer dunkin over starbucks any day. Friendly staff
