  Came in here with my friends during our break at school. Keep in mind we get only 15 minutes to rush and get food most days. Had about 6 employees standing around ignoring us until minutes later someone came to help. Food was overly salted from the chicken to white rice to vinaigrette. We’ve been coming to this location for almost a year since we started school and had given multiple chances for it to get better but it’s not it anymore. No longer giving this location our money.

  Walk in and all six employees are just standing around the line not helping the line of customers. It took three minutes for someone to finally come to the front and take out order. The guy working the line is rushing you through your order forgetting half of your order and copping an attitude when you ask for them to fix it. Being rushed at the cash register with a rude worker who questions your order and choices for your order. Food was not as expected either. White rice was extremely over salted to the point of being inedible. I’m unsure what they did to the honey vinegarette but it definelty tastes off. Will not be returning to this location after multiple incidents of rude customer service and a lack of care over food preparation.

  Walked in 1.5 hours before they closed and they already had all of the toppings put away. Waste of time.

  The person behind the salad/food table doesn't look like he/ she want to be ther, if your asking for in Item to be added they don't listen there very rude I pay for item ways never out in the bag. Customer service is sukes .. will never use this fast food chain ever..

  Hands down, the worst Chipotle in America. I’m not even sure if there are Chipotles outside of the US, but that’s a mystery for someone else to solve. The food is always slipped together most likely because it’s mostly teenagers working their first job, which is great for them and the community, but not for my stomach. I don’t know why I’m even bothering to post this but let’s consider it my goodbye to the Libertyville location. Do yourself a favor and go to the 24 hour taco place next door or better yet, the dumpling joint which is the crown jewel of Liberyville Ciao
