  Walked in 1.5 hours before they closed and they already had all of the toppings put away. Waste of time.

  The person behind the salad/food table doesn't look like he/ she want to be ther, if your asking for in Item to be added they don't listen there very rude I pay for item ways never out in the bag. Customer service is sukes .. will never use this fast food chain ever..

  Hands down, the worst Chipotle in America. I’m not even sure if there are Chipotles outside of the US, but that’s a mystery for someone else to solve. The food is always slipped together most likely because it’s mostly teenagers working their first job, which is great for them and the community, but not for my stomach. I don’t know why I’m even bothering to post this but let’s consider it my goodbye to the Libertyville location. Do yourself a favor and go to the 24 hour taco place next door or better yet, the dumpling joint which is the crown jewel of Liberyville Ciao

  I really wanted to give this location another chance, but the lack of training is impossible to ignore. For anyone vegetarian or vegan, be extremely careful: there is a major cross-contamination issue here. I’ve consistently seen meat dropped into the beans and fajitas, and steak left scattered across the prep table touching every burrito. Finding meat in my veggie burrito was the final straw. While the staff is friendly, they may have not been taught food safety standards or the basics. The assembly is equally frustrating. The staff consistently struggles to wrap burritos; they are always falling apart, poorly folded, and barely covered by the foil. I’ve had to ask for extra foil just to keep the contents from spilling out before I even got home, only for it to completely collapse the moment I tried to eat it. It’s disappointing because the staff is nice, but the lack of management and quality control makes this location a total gamble.

  Classic chipotle skimping. They trained the new girl to give a mountain of rice. I had to actually ask for less rice. Then when it came to beans I had to ask for more beans 3 times… Each time she put a teaspoon worth of beans. I had to look away for the protein scoop so I wouldn’t cry. She had to have been a corporate plant the way she was watching out for their bottom line. Load up on rice and give none of the worth while filling in the bowl.
