First, we showed up to a line in drive thru that was not moving and decided to just park and go in. Secondly, the women's bathroom was horribly disgusting, it even smelled like a sewer walking into the restaurant, which should have had us turning away and leaving. We waited a half hour for 2 kids and medium milkshakes, 2 blizzards, and one banana split. All the while watching people come in after us and getting their order right away. By the time we did get our order the ice cream was melted in everything. The banana split had fresh ice cream that was not in the machine long enough to make solid. All the employees looked like high schoolers without the supervision of an adult. The whole time the girl that had taken our order was goofing off with her friends that had come in after us instead of taking care of paying customers. Not sure if this is a common occurrence at this location, but I know next time I will go to Bushnell or Macomb.
