He has a terrible attitude and when I asked to have a breakfast sandwich remade for adding the wrong egg to a McMuffin sandwich which seems to happen at least once a week. The manager asked him politely to make a new one and he climbed all over her case. I was shocked. He should have been escorted out to his car. People like him deserve to be unemployed. By the way, it happened again this morning. How pathetic.

The next car pulls thru and she’s chatting up a storm and telling them to have a nice night. Not sure why the customer service is so different by car but I think that’s not right.

Ordered & paid on the kiosk. 3 employees working, 2 customers ahead of us, heard the order to cook the food, everyone got their food, we were in and out in 5 minutes, and our order was correct! WELL DONE McDonalds of Leroy IL! Many others we’ve been to could take lessons from you.
