There was like four or five staff members in back and could see me waiting but would not come up to the counter to take my order. I finally asked if someone can take my order. I ordered ten crunchy tacos and three nachos bel grande. Slow, slow service, took for-evvvvvvvver! Meanwhile the other customer was STILL waiting. I finally get my order and I always check the bags before I go because something’s always messed up.Two bel grande’s were missing. The one employee asked what was wrong and I tell her I’m missing two bel grande’s. They were all looking like deer in headlights. The other customer…….. was STILL waiting. He was so upset he said he couldn’t believe I was leaving before him. Nachos bel grande before had a few specs of diced tomato and green onions……. nothing!!!!! Poor service, won’t be going back.

Every time I come here the service is bad if your lucky enough to get any service what so ever they are usually in the kitchen and then say sorry we’re closed . I just waited 45 min in the drive through! The only reason I waited was because I was stuck between cars in front of me and behind me . Horrible service !!!
