  0 stars. Staff was rude and not friendly for vegetarians. I am vegetarian and they told me they could NOT toast my sandwich. I had to pay extra for the turkey sandwich without turkey to get it toasted(same as veg sandwich). Messed up toppings and staff did not care. Also the last sandwich was misplaced and we had to ask them, they almost gave it so someone else. Please do NOT go here. Manager please train your employees to be friendly and considerate for diet restrictions. HORRIBLE

  Updating Review- last three orders have been flawless and the sandwich looks as good as the commercials. Clearly making improvements. Cancelled order because they didn’t have bread….A sandwich shop without bread folks. This location is ran like garbage.

  I can always count on JJ's to be consistently excellent. I have never been to a bad location and that probably about 30 different places in different states. Thanks to the local owner and the company for being an excellent brand. Oh and the sandwiches are excellent too!
