  The people that work here have a miserable look on their face especially the 6am guy never a good morning hi or a bye nothing also I saw 2 rats coming out from their kitchen 🤢

  I stopped into Dunkin’ Donuts and immediately felt the atmosphere was unwelcoming—staff had grumpy expressions and there was no friendly greeting. I ordered a toasted bagel and a medium coffee with cream, sugar, and an espresso shot. The total came to nearly $10, which felt steep given the quality. The coffee was overly sweet, and the bagel was soggy and chewy, almost as if it had been microwaved rather than toasted. Overall, the service lacked warmth and the environment didn’t compare to other coffee shops where customer interaction feels more genuine. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed, and I don’t plan on returning.

  Ordered a hot peppermint mocha, i received an iced drink. When i said i wanted hot, the staff said they didn’t have that when it was on the menu. I even looked it up and it is on the menu. I don’t recommend this location. They never get my order right.
