It's one thing to mess up an order accidentally, but to purposely give customers the wrong items in hopes that they don't know any better is pretty messed up. Ordered two brown sugar Shaken espressos just to receive two iced coffees.

I asked for a meal deal didn’t even ask my a follow up or anything all she said was “is that all???” She burnt my sandwich!! Didn’t even try to mix my iced coffee and then the worst part she was trying to steal from me!! My bill was 8.37 and she told me it was $10 even I’m sure if I had paid with cash she would’ve kept that extra cash!! When I was at the window I think she was on the phone because she kept having a conversation with someone else and didn’t see anyone near her!! Trust me don’t go here!!! Gives Dunkin a bad name!!!!
