  Sometimes i come here on my work break. First off, every time I come here I place a mobile order and then drive there. They take 10 or more minutes every time. Even just sitting at the speaker they will not respond for minutes at all. Then, I ordered my breakfast with a specific type of cheese because I am allergic to the standard and wow my breakfast sandwhich has the cheese i’m allergic to. I will not come to this location, especially for a work break, it is very inconvenient. My coffee is always made wrong here too. the 127th location always provides a way better experience.

  Went inside for coffee after a morning walk. We ordered some coffee, a donut and a breakfast sandwich. I guess they didnt hear the sandwich order, because it never came out, but they checked the order and we didnt get charged so we just left it at that. It wasn't busy inside or at drive through when we ordered.

  The coffee is always made correctly &. The donuts are fresh also the food is done right 👍

  Recently on my way to a family members home in the morning, I decided to get some coffee and donuts and the five dollar meal deal. The drive-thru was packed since it was the morning rush, so I decided to walk in assuming there would be someone there at the counter. I was amazed at the same girl was doing the counter as well as the orders that were coming through the drive-thru. This girl was phenomenal. She not only handled my order but all of those they were waiting through in drive-thru. She never flinched and got everything 100% correct. Wonderful service and still made you feel welcome during the most busy time of the morning.

  This morning lovely young lady made me custom powdered donuts!!!! Dunkin…..why-o-why have you discontinued powdered donuts????
